The more I use writely, the more I realize that web-based applications present a compelling alternative to apps on my PC. Call it web 2.0, call it AJAX, call it connected, call it what you like. I call it cool. You create a new document by sending an email, you edit, you collaborate, you post to your blog…from any browser in the world. If this is a sign of things to come, I’m looking forward to the future.
